The Kovalam beach is located a little away from the village, and consists of three small crescent beaches. You will find low cost lodging houses and affordable restaurants on the border of the beach.

3. Anjuna Beach – This is a popular beach in north Goa situated 8 kms west of Mapusa. This can easily be called the most happening beach of Goa. This beach has been the hub of trance parties since a long time. The busiest time in this beach starts from November onwards and a variety of people flock there with varied interests but all gathered together to feel the magic of this place.

4. Marina Beach – This is amongst the longest beaches in the world, Marina Beach is home to sun, sand and surf. It is counted as one of the longest beaches in Asia and stretches across an area of 12 kms in Chennai. The beach has historical significance too with beautiful statues of Tamil scholars, patriots and noteworthy personalities around it.

5. Angoda Beach - This is a beautiful beach which unlike most other popular beaches is not crowded place buzzing with activities day and night. If you want serenity, come to Angoda Beach. It is a long and lonely stretch of land dotted with palm trees and casuarinas trees and dominated by a large hill in the south. Lacking in souvenir stalls and restaurants, Angoda Beach is just the place to enjoy the ocean and the beauty of a beach.
